Air-Backed Foam

CPI Marine Air-Backed Foam is made of urethane-coated nylon or polyester fabric. Heat-welded, double-taped seams and solid boat-rubber rope strips deliver a fender that absorbs impact without compromise.

Outer Fabric

40 oz/sq yd urethane-coated nylon or polyester, heat-welded, double-taped seams. ½″ solid PVC extruded rope in bolt-rope attachments.

Foam Core

2.2 lb/cu ft closed-cell polyethylene (PE) foam. Sections cut to finished profile shape.

Air Bladder

Heavy-duty wear-resistant urethane film, heat-welded seams, remote topping valve accessible from outside the collar. Custom valve arrangements available.
